Why a Group?
Why group and not Individual? Groups allow you to in a friendly safe environment to explore different ideas and try out new ways of thinking. Members can practice within the safety of the group and receive supportive reflective feedback from one another. We all need that accountability piece and that safe place to be heard. Meet virtually in the comfortable of your own home. I believe in the power of a group.

Upon purchasing coaching, you'll receive further instructions on how to book a time for your appointment.

Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of coaching more than once, simply purchase the coaching again.
