One of the best forms of self-care that we can practice is to say no to the things that drain our energy. In this course, we want to remind you of the importance of making your health and well-being your number one priority. Together we will identify the people in your life who you put above your own wants and needs. We will explore ways to say no without giving an explanation to others as to why your time is as valuable as theirs. At the end of the course, it is my hope that you will learn to put yourself first by saying no to others and saying yes to yourself. Included is a detailed worksheet and journal questions for reflection at the end of the video.
